Complaint to the European Ombudsman

On September 25 2007 FoE Europe submitted a complaint to the European Ombudsman in response to the failure by the European Commission to provide requested documents about meetings and correspondence between the Commission and the European car industry relating the reduction of CO2 emissions of cars.
