2050: VENICE UNDER WATER?!

Climate Change: Friends of the Earth/Italy hold a demonstration in Piazza San Marco: 2050: Venice under water?

October 5th: Today an action was held in Venice, the beautiful city which rising sea levels could send underwater. In Piazza San Marco, Amici della Terra (FoE Italy) have demonstrated in scuba diver suits, with banners indicating that this could well be the required attire for tourists in Venice within a few decades.
