tent, where a work of art will be made to put on the Dike

Start of building the Dike.
The Latin Culture Brass Band will provide a musical background
for Dike builders. After the Dike has been built, everyone
will be invited to place their own banner or message on the
Dike. |

Island Alert Party at the Flood Refuge Tent: Dike-builders,
conference delegates and NGO lobbyists are all invited to
the party. Live performance of the Pacific band Tevaka, Discotheque
with all music styles. Be sure to bring your dancing boots!
