The action will take place on March 9th in Brussels. The final installation will be constructed at the top of Rue de la Loi / Wetstraat, between Parc du Cinquantenaire and Ront-Point Schuman. This spot is just 100m from where EU leaders will be deciding on Europe's future energy policy. The scene will look similar to the cartoon below.
The action will be dynamic and colourful, providing ideal images and footage to illustrate media reports about the EU Spring Summit. The morning will begin with participants marching with the 2m-high stars through Parc du Cinquantenaire, then the stars will be hoisted up on to the Giant EU Energy flag and the banners will be unfurled.
