Friends of the Earth International campaigners played WTOpoly in Victoria park, Hong Kong

On 15th December, Friends of the Earth campaigners played a game called
WTOpoly in Vicotia Park, on Hong Kong Island, to illustrate how transnational companies move around the world and make profits thanks to WTO policies at the expense of impoverished nations and people. The rules of the game are made by the WTO and the governments of the richest countries dominating this secretive and undemocratic organisation. The game attracted much media and public attention and was a fun way to get the message across to the general public and the media.
