The YouPEC follow-up meeting of Young Friends of the Earth Europe
~In Berlin from 6th until 9th December 2007~

As the Young Friends of the Earth Europe is a fairly new network it really needs a lot of input from young people who all have some kind of connection to the environmental youth movement.Therefore from the 6th until the 9th of December Lichterfelde, Berlin was a Young FoEE Hotspot!

Here a group of young people from more then 16 different European countries, with different backgrounds and experiences came together to work on the structures and campaigns of Young Friends of the Earth Europe.

Together we exchanged our visions, our experiences, stories, knowledge and laughter. For 4 days we shared so many ideas and questions that are essential in building the network like; what are we going to do in 2008? How do you structure a network? What support do I need?  From early in the morning till late in the evening gave each other things to think on, things that are relevant to develop and further a sustainable network. Satisfied and filled with ideas we all went of to sleep and to dream of the future, some early in the evening others early in the morning.

The meeting held in the Karl Renner House, was very productive one and inspired us all to keep on building this network.
Now 2008 is standing at our doorstep and for Young FoEE this will be a year that we won't forget.
